Our policy lasts 15 days for non wig items . If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is our mission to provide you with lace wigs that are made to a high standard of quality craftsmanship and only 100% virgin hair. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. We realise that purchasing a wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one that you will be happy with. Due to the nature of our products being custom orders, all sales are final.
